Барьеры, трудности и гендерные стереотипы в научной деятельности женщин (Barriers, difficulties and gender stereotypes in scientific activity of women)

Рассматриваются проблемы и трудности, с которыми сталкиваются женщины-ученые в профессиональной деятельности, а также трудности при построения научной карьеры. Выделяются социально-культурные, социально-биологические и социально-психологические факторы, препятствующие карьере женщины в науке. Акцент делается на таких «барьерах» в научной карьере как модель «тройного наказания», «стеклянный потолок», гендерные стереотипы, вертикальная сегрегация. (The paper deals with different points of view at obstacles of woman professional scientific activity. Main forms of gender discrimination, which have been existing at scientific community for long time and are existing until now, are described. There are three «barriers» in conception of «triple punishment» which women faces in their scientific carrier. Firstly, strong opinion in society that science is men’s sphere. Secondly, widespread belief that woman is less competent as a scientist. Thirdly, real daily discrimination in system of reward. Social-cultural barriers con- nected with reproduced system of patriarchate affairs look at woman primarily as a mother, housewife that forms stereotype of negative attitude to participation of women in professional scientific activity and, especially, in participation in administration. Such social factors hindering women’s carrier in science as «glass ceiling», gender stereotypes are studied. Gender stereotypes cause hidden discrimination of women in forms of artificial slowing of professional promotion, denial in scientific acknow- ledgement and adequate reward. Problem of triple burden of women, which is the cause of so-called «role conflict of working woman» is analyzed. This intrapersonal conflict arises because of high importance of success in professional activity and family for woman. The obstacles in the academic career of woman also include predominance of vertical segregation, which is reflected in the dominance of men in higher positions. The paper notes the effect on woman’s success in science of images of women scientists, prevailing in society on the whole and in the scientific (academic) community in particular. Методологические основания феминистских и гендерных исследований науки (Methodological basis of feminist and gender studies of science)

Проведено розмежування понять «гендерні дослідження», «жіночі дослідження» («дослідження жіночих проблем»), «феміністські дослідження». Вказані основні методологічні позиції феміністських досліджень науки. Розглянуто концепцію гендерного аналізу науки в рамках соціально-конструктивістського підходу. Позначені ключові питання гендерного аналізу науки. Представлені основні ідеї гендерних досліджень науки зарубіжних авторів. (In this article, the concepts «gender studies», «women’s studies» («studies of women’s problems»), «feminist studies» are differentiated. The preconditions for the development of feminist studies of science are marked. The main methodological positions of feminist studies of science are indicated. The focus is on Foucault’s methodological principle: the denial of the principle of subjectivity and female subjectivity as a discourse of recognition, which has had a great impact on feminist methodology. Traditional «masculine» look at the image of a scientist in science is described. The principle of combining methods of quantitative and qualitative researches in the study of science within the framework of feminist methodology is indicated. At the same time, the qualitative methodology is the main and necessary for a detailed explanation of the woman’s life experience. The conception of gender analysis of science is considered in the framework of the socialconstructivist approach, in which gender appears as a significant category of culture and identity, structuring social and cognitive science practices. Key issues of gender analysis of science are identified. The main ideas of gender studies of science of foreign authors are presented.

У роботі розглянуто порядок вибору системи електропостачання промислового об’єкта, що віддалений від енергосистеми, розглянуто можливість встановлення дизель-генераторів, а також побудови лінії від центру живлення. Виконане моделювання за допомогою середовища Mathlab.In the article it has been discussed how to select the power supply system of the site which is remoted from the grid. Installation of a diesel generator and the construction of a line from the center of power have been considered. Method for determining the optimal method of remote object supplying was created in this article. ТОВАРОЗНАВЧИЙ АНАЛІЗ РИНКУ ДЕЗІНФЕКЦІЙНИХ ЗАСОБІВ

The term disinfection means the destruction or removal of microorganisms at different sites and in different environmental substrates in order to interrupt the mechanism of transmission of infectious agents. Pharmaceutical market research into the availability of disinfectants to ensure proper sanitation and anti-epidemic measures is relevant. The aim of the study – to carry out commodity analysis of the domestic market of disinfectants. Materials and Methods. Establishment of manufactu­rers and countries that supply disinfectants to the Ukrainian market; investigating the release forms of disinfectants. Results. Among the manufacturers of disinfectants, the leading role is played by domestic producers, who occupy 59 % of the market. Disinfectants from 17 countries. Among importing countries, Belgium (Ecolab LLC) holds the leading 9 % of the market and Germany (B. Braun Melsungen AG) 6%, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Russia and Belarus each 4 %, Switzerland – 3 %, China and France – 2 %. Conclusions. The results have made it possible to establish leaders of disinfectants in the market of Ukraine, in particular, Ukraine has the largest share of domestic producers and Belgium has a leading role among foreign suppliers.Під поняттям дезінфекція розуміють знищення чи видалення мікроорганізмів на різних об’єктах й у різних субстратах навколишнього середовища з метою переривання механізму передавання інфекційних збудників. Актуальним є дослідження фармацевтичного ринку щодо наявності дезінфекційних засобів для забезпечення належних санітарних та протиепідемічних заходів. Мета дослідження – провести товарознавчий аналіз вітчизняного ринку дезінфекційних засобів. Матеріали і методи. Встановити фірми-виробники та країни, які постачають дезінфекційні засоби на ринок України. Дослідити форми їх  випуску. Результати. Серед країн-виробників дезінфекційних засобів лідирують вітчизняні виробники, які займають 59 % ринку. Серед країн-імпортерів лідируючу роль займають Бельгія (ТОВ «Еколаб») – 9 % ринку та Німеччина (B. Braun Melsungen AG) – 6 %, Італія, Ні­дерланди, Словаччина, Росія та Білорусь по 4 %, Швейцарія – 3 %, Китай та Франція –  2 %. Висновки. Отримані результати дозволили встановити лідерів дезінфекційних засобів на ринку України, найбільшу частку становлять вітчизняні виробники та серед іноземних країн-постачальників лідируючу роль займає Бельгія. &nbsp
